TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACA YR 2022-2023

(Please read carefully)

1. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING COMPLEX

2.  Applications are accepted only for the entire occupancy period (5/9/22 to 1/6/23)

Should the tenant vacate the room before the termination date rent will be refunded only if the room is re-let. We will endeavor to find a suitable replacement, but if the room remains empty the tenant is liable for the rent until the contract is terminated. Security Deposits are not refunded if the tenant leaves before the termination date. Please note that should a tenant have paid the 1st installment and leave during the term they are liable for the remainder of the rent if the room is not re-let.

Please note that not all preferences are guaranteed, on the type of room and location.

The booking form is an application only and not a contractual agreement. The company acting through its management has the right to decline an application.

3. RENT – METHOD OF PAYMENT

Cheque or bank draft made payable to: TSV ACCOMMODATION LTD
Credit Card, Bank transfer (please contact reception for details).

4. ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERS

A lease agreement and Invoice will be issued during the Summer with confirmation of room type. This must be signed and returned including the rental payment.  Final payment date –  Non 1st yrs  – Fri 22nd July 2022.  Final payment date – 1st years –  August 2022 (date TBC)

5. CANCELLATION

1st years: €200 will be refunded should we receive notification in writing or by email in August 2022 (date – to be confirmed)

Non 1st years: €200 will be refunded should we receive notification in writing or by email by Fri 22nd July 2022.  There will be no refunds after this date.

6. CAR PARKING
