Booking Procedure 2026 – 2027

Please note that simple three step booking procedure:

1. Fill out the Application Form for Academic Year 2026 – 2027. This application form will be shown on the front page of the website once bookings open to the General Public. It is predicted that applications will open at the start of March, 2026.
2. After we review your application and deem it successful, we will then contact you to pay a booking deposit of €400. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page here.
3. Once all rooms are filled (i.e. €400 paid by all students), we will communicate how to login to our new client portal. The Lease Agreement and Invoice for the first instalment will be found on the client portal. The date that the Lease Agreement must be submitted and the First Instalment paid will be communicated on the client portal. Failure to submit the Lease Agreement and to pay the First Instalment will result in the place being offered to the next person on the waiting list.

We therefore require the following from you:  Application Form is Completed, Booking Deposit is paid of €400, Lease Agreement is signed by Tenant and Parental Guardian, Payment of First Installment.
