Please note the following important information

• We would strongly advise that you contact the accommodation office of the university/college for a list of available accommodation providers and apply to as many as possible.
• It is usual to have cancellations each year. It is therefore very beneficial that you have added yourself to the waiting list and we will reach out to you if something becomes available.
• There are a number of factors that determine if an application is successful such as availability of room type selected in application, apartment available for academic year selected and many other factors.
• A member of our staff will reach out to you if a room becomes available to pay the €400 booking deposit. He/she will quote the unique application number above for security purposes.
• Please note the €400 becomes the security deposit for the year and so is fully refundable at the end of Academic Year 2026/2027 should the room/apartment be left in a suitable condition. €200 is refundable upon cancellation before the 26th of June, 2026 for Non-First Years and 28th of August, 2026 for First Years.
