STANDARD ROOM – SIX BED (TWO BATHROOMS FOR SIX TENANTS) – €195 PER WEEK

  • Part Payment: €3998 + €450 Utilities – 1st installment
  • Part Payment: €3998 + €450 Utilities – 2nd installment

STANDARD ROOM – FIVE/FOUR BED (TWO BATHROOMS FOR FOUR TENANTS) – €225 PER WEEK

  • Part Payment: €4,613 + €450 Utilities – 1st installment
  • Part Payment: €4,613 + €450 Utilities – 2nd installment

ENSUITE ROOM (FOR ONE PERSON – PRIVATE BATHROOM) – €245 PER WEEK

  • Part Payment: €5022.5 + €450 Utilities – 1st instalment
  • Part Payment: €5022.5 + €450 Utilities – 2nd instalment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Security / Booking Deposit – €400 (€200 refundable with cancellation)

  • Parking – €500 (45 spaces available, allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis)

  • Duration of Contract : 24th of August, 2026 – 7th of June, 2027

PAYMENT INSTRUCTION

€400 Booking Deposit Payment – Depending on availability and should an application be deemed successful, please note the following:
– A member of staff will call the parent/guarantor by phone to to pay the €400 booking deposit after submission of an Application Form;
– The member of staff will quote a unique Application Number that is e-mailed directly to the student/guarantor after submission of an Application Form;
– An application only becomes a confirmed booking after payment of the €400 booking deposit;
– The Booking Deposit becomes the Security Deposit for the academic year and is fully refundable at the end of the year, subject to terms & conditions;
– €200 is refundable upon cancellation before the 26th of June, 2026 for Non-First Years and 28th of August, 2026 for First Years.

First Instalment, Second Instalment & Parking Payment – Once a room is confirmed, please note the following:
– All payments will be made through the new Client Portal. Details about how to login and pay will be communicated at a later date after;
– Alternative payment methods are available. Please contact the office for details;
– The first instalment will be due by Friday, 10th of July, 2026 for Non-First Years and Friday, 4th of September, 2026 for First Years;
– The second instalment will be due at the end of November, 2026;
– Car-Parking payment must be made in full by Friday, 10th of July, 2026 for Non-First Years and Friday, 4th of September, 2026 for First Years.
