Please note the following important information:

• This submission is an application only and does not constitute a confirmed booking/contractual agreement. The company acting through its management has the right to decline an application.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the €400 booking deposit. Please do not call us to pay this. A member of our staff will reach out to the parent/guardian by phone for payment of the €400 (card payment over the phone) should your application be deemed successful and we have a room available. The student will be called if we are unable to contact the parent/guardian.
• Our staff member will quote the unique booking application number above for security purposes on the phone.

Please also note the following:

•  An application is deemed successful due to a number of factors (e.g. availability of room type selected in application, apartment available for academic year selected,  etc). Once an application is deemed successful, you will be contacted in order of the date and time the application was submitted.
•  We would advise you to familiarise yourself with our website ahead of the call to pay the €400 booking deposit. Please note in particular Gallery & Location on top.
